Coaching Structure

All sessions are fully coached and supervised:

  • Parents: Full body gym sessions (weights and cardio) coached by myself or a qualified coach

  • Children: Age specific athletic development sessions led by myself or a qualified coach

Child Only Small Group Training

A structured and supportive enviornment desgined to help children become more active, physically capable and most importantly confident.

  • Set weekly schedule with session times / days dependant on age

Important information

Children are placed into age-based groups for structure and safety, however ability is also taken into account.

This means your child can be:

  • Moved up a group if they are progressing quickly

  • Placed in a more suitable group if the need extra support

Every child trains at the right level for their development-not just their age.

Facility Feature

A dedicated viewing kitchen overlooks the turf area, allowing parents to stay on-site and watch sessions in real time if they prefer.
